As part of their pre season friendlies Baycity Strollers Over 60s took on the Baycity Strollers Over 50s at Baypoint on Sunday 20th February. It was the first time the Over 60s had played since October 2021 after coming second in the Kent Walking Football League to Herne Bay.

Despite the blustery conditions good passing football was played by both sides in 3 x 25 minute matches overseen by referee John Mckellar.

On the day the youngsters won two and drew one of the three matches, whilst the Over 60s yet again came second.

A really enjoyable morning of walking football played with a smile and good humour.
